REGLEMENT
Introduction
depuis 2023, la vente de mobilier d'occasion du groupe Foyer se déroulera via une plateforme en ligne (Prestashop) pour lequel vous devrez vous créer un compte avec votre adresse professionnelle (trigramme)

Le lien de connexion est le suivant : Vente mobilier Foyer Group. La création d’un compte est obligatoire pour pouvoir commander des objets sur l’ensemble du catalogue.
La participation à cette vente entraîne l’acception sans conditions de ce règlement. Group Foyer se réserve le droit de modifier le réglement à tout moment sans préavis ni annonce.
Article 1 : Les commandes
Les commandes en ligne sont des pré-commandes. Elles devront toujours être validées par les Services Généraux avant de devenir des commandes fermes, pour éviter notamment des problèmes de rupture de stock.
Aucune demande par mail ne sera acceptée. De même, aucune réservation n'est possible.
Attention, toute commande validée vous engage à payer et à retirer le matériel.
Article 2 : Etat du matériel
Sauf indication contraire, tout le matériel est d’occasion avec quelques traces d’usure. L’achat des objets et du mobilier se fera « en l’état » sans garantie. Une fois le matériel enlevé l'acheteur n'a plus aucun recours.
Article 3 : Visite préalable
Il n’y a pas de visite préalable pour juger ou choisir les objets ou le mobilier. Si vous souhaitez des informations complémentaires sur un article, merci de nous contacter via le formulaire du site Prestashop ou à l’adresse mail sg@foyer.lu
Article 4 : Disponibilité du matériel
Le matériel sera disponible et à enlever par vos soins après prise de RDV via le calendrier CALENDY de la boutique.
Article 5 : Lieu d’enlèvement
Le matériel se trouve dans les bureaux Foyer à Leudelange.
L’enlèvement se fera uniquement après paiement.
A NOTER:
Aucune livraison n’est possible. La manutention est à faire par vos soins et aucun matériel ne sera prêté pour déplacer le mobilier.
Les Services Généraux valideront le paiement de la commande et mettront uniquement le matériel à disposition. Il faudra donc prévoir par vos propres moyens :
· un véhicule suffisamment grand ou une remorque ou une camionnette
· des planches à roulettes pour déplacer le matériel si besoin
· une aide personnelle (par exemple un gentil collègue) pour transporter le matériel
Article 6 : Paiement
La commande validée sera à payer en espèces au moment de l’enlèvement avec le montant exact dans une enveloppe qui mentionne nom, prénom et trigramme (Pas de rendu de monnaie possible, paiement en pièces refusé)
Attention : toute commande vous engage à payer et à retirer le matériel. Pas de rétractation possible.
Article 7 : Réclamations
Aucune réclamation sur la qualité ne sera acceptée après l’enlèvement.
Articles 8 : Garanties
Aucune garantie n’est offerte avec le matériel, pas de garantie pour le matériel électronique.
Article 9 : Sommes récoltées
Comme lors de chaque vente, les bénéfices seront intégralement reversés à une association sans but lucratif validée ou choisie par la Direction Générale.

Participation in this sale implies unconditional acceptance of these rules. Group Foyer reserves the right to change the rules at any time without prior notice or announcement.
Article 1: Orders
Online orders are pre-orders. They will still have to be validated by General Services before becoming firm orders, in particular to avoid stock shortage problems.
No email requests will be accepted. Nor is it possible to make reservations.
Please note that any validated order commits you to pay for and collect the equipment.
Article 2: Condition of the equipment
Unless otherwise stated, all hardware is pre-owned with some signs of wear. The purchase of objects and furniture will be made "as is" without warranty. Once the material has been removed, the buyer has no recourse.
Article 3: Pre-visit
There is no prior visit to judge or choose the objects or furniture. If you would like more information about an item, please contact us via the form on the website or at the email address sg@foyer.lu
Article 4: Availability of equipment
The equipment will be available by appointment with CALENDY on-line agenda
Article 5: Pick-up location
The equipment is located in the Foyer building in Leudelange.
Pick-up will only be made after payment.
NOTE:
No delivery is possible. The handling is to be done by you and no equipment will be lent to move the furniture.
The General Services will validate the payment of the order and will only make the equipment available. You will therefore have to plan by your own means:
· a sufficiently large vehicle or a trailer or van
· skateboards to move equipment if needed
· a personal helper (e.g. a nice colleague) to transport the equipment
Article 6: Payment
The validated order will be paid in cash at the time of collection with the exact amount in an envelope that mentions name, surname and trigram (No change possible, payment in coins refused)
Please note: all orders commit you to pay for and collect the equipment. No withdrawal possible.
Article 7: Complaints
No quality claims will be accepted after pickup.
All questions should be asked via the contact form on the site.
Articles 8: Guarantees
No warranty is offered with the hardware, no warranty for the electronic hardware.
Article 9: Sums collected
As with each sale, the profits will be donated in full to a non-profit association validated or chosen by the General Management.
